Windows 7 folder layout

I just want to make sure my folder layout is correct for Windows 7

I downloaded the Sources file from the site and extracted it to the root of my windows 7 folder (with boot, etc...) and it asked to merge so I am assuming that part is correct?

Then I copied my WIP folder to the root of my windows folder as well

Is that correct or am I missing something? I havent tested it yet because I want to make sure everything is correct first.
