restore a removed input keyboard language - win xp

Hi, I created my own modded setup of Windows XP a couple of years ago but now I'd like to restore the original support of some foreign languages I previously removed - 'cause life changes everyday - and now I really need polish language support.

Does anybody know howto re-add the missing files? Thanks everybody.
