IanTheTitan Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 Hey there everyone!I just wanted to know if it's possible to create a recovery partition using nLite? I know that one can use Norton Ghost and that this question may have been asked and answered already, so if this is a recurring question... sowwy!Another thing I've been wondering about: Is it possible to update the recovery partition with new versions of an app? For example, let's say my recovery partition has Adobe Reader 8.1. in it and I have Adobe Reader 9.2. on my PC, can I update the recovery partition to include Adobe Reader 9.2. without recreating the whole recovery partition?Any response will be very much appreciated! Thanks! Have an awesome day! Kind regardsIan
Ponch Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 elcome to the forums,-there are a lot of threads about making recovery partitions, don't be sowwy, search.-there is an nLite forum.-if you know what nLite is about, you know it transform a XP INSTALL cd or set of files in an other "more to your taste/needs" INSTALL cd, I don't see how this program can be used to make a recovery partition. Sure, it can be very remotely involved but your question is quite vague.
