Easy way is to make a shortcut for your program. Then put that shortcut into the Startup folder in the Start Menu. Remember, making things start when the computer boots will make that process slower. Your other option is you can put it in the registry:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run
