Finlay2
I am using outlook 2003 with microsoft picture viewer as my default viewer for jpg files. When I try to view a file I have received in my email, the Picture viewer opens but all I have are boxes with a red x. I have tried clearing my history and internet cache, also temp files but to no availe. I also went looking for the key in the registry to where the files should be but cannot find any key. Any help would be appreciated, and I hope I have not posted this in the incorrect forum.

DigeratiPrime
Perhaps change the jpg file association to another program, or reinstall the office picture viewer, or run "regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll".
