I would like to setup a file sharing on windows server 2008, is there any tools originally by Microsoft that help on setting the

1. User Access level to the folder

2. Permission to Read,Write & modify

3. Prevent User to Copy, Save as or Print

4. Report, Log of Use

Or any Third Party software or solution that help on this
