Hi everyone, my name is Stafford and I am a newbie to this forum. I am from Walden, NY and hope to learn some valued information about my MS XP/Vista Operating Systems. I have already gained some valuable information from just browsing the site http://www.msfn.org. I have home desktops and laptops running both XP Pro And Vista Home Premium and need to know how to increase speed and performance on both systems.

I have done the Disk Cleanup, Defrag on a regular basis and not satisfied with the Speed of both. I have more than enough Memory and just looking for some additional Tips & Tricks in the forum.
