Dysharm Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 (edited) Hey guys,I have been trying to make my own XP Pro SP3 slipstream disc and have encountered a problem with infinite reboot with the cd image that i used. Im using the tuts that are available on the net. I have no problem making my own OEM SLP cd (tuts from this forum) with my sata driver slipstreamed inside.Trouble comes after trying to cut down on the settings/prog that i don't need on XP and adding my Nvidia, LAN, soundblaster, ACPI drivers and the critical updates using WUD. Im pretty sure i didnt touch or removed any sensitive files, progs, settings in Nlite's wizard...what seems to be the trouble?Edit : If it's any help error message that pops out is Issas.exe error during the start of windows installation. Sp0iLedBrAt Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 Dysharm, that lsass.ese error is exactly what is causing the error, not nLite. Write down the exact text of the error and then use search (a google bar at the top of the page) to find it on this forum. Several different lsass.exe errors have been reported and there are several methods of solution.
johnhc Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 Dysharm, we need more information. As Sp0iLedBrAt says, post that error message and, please attach (not paste) your Last Session.ini. Make sure to always start with a fresh copy of your CD files/folders, do all your work in one nLite session and integrate only one SP. Please report when you have a solution, so others can benefit. Enjoy, John.
Dysharm Posted December 17, 2009 Author Posted December 17, 2009 sorry 4 the late reply but i have deleted all my previous last session.ini.. gonna post a new 1. hold on..
Dysharm Posted December 17, 2009 Author Posted December 17, 2009 I did a new session & i removed every update that has "windowsMedia" & "IE8" on the title..and now im installing it inside VMWare & looks like no isass.exe - not enough quota error...
