i have seen that m office 2007 have been compressed upto 15mb with switchless installer,as well as many other softer and game too have been highly compressed how is that,how can i do that,i saw that Gb files have been compressed into 20-25mb with switchless installer how can i do that anyone have got any idea about these thing

IIRC you're referring to the 'fake' archive files of Microsoft Office that started appearing on the net a few years ago:

KGB Archiver is a legitamate program, but those files people upload are fakes and may have viruses etc inside.
