I need the rtc api for windows, for a software VOIP, how I can download it?

Well this comes/installs by default with windows (check i386\asms\52\msft\windows\net\rtcdll\ of your installation disk or %windir%\winsxs\x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.RtcDll*\ on your HDD), but you can get a updated version of this installed with Windows Messenger 5.1

rtcdll.dll v5.3.5470.114
