I have been trying to figure out for about two weeks why my unattended keeps hanging at t-12. Please see the enclosed cmdlins.txt and runonceex.cmd. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure it out.

Hi Viper999,

I don't know why it it hangs but here are some lines you should modify:

RunOnceEx.cmd

@echo off
cwnd /HIDE @

IF EXIST D:\CD.txt set CDROM=D:
IF EXIST E:\CD.txt set CDROM=E:
IF EXIST F:\CD.txt set CDROM=F:
IF EXIST G:\CD.txt set CDROM=G:
IF EXIST H:\CD.txt set CDROM=H:
IF EXIST I:\CD.txt set CDROM=I:
IF EXIST J:\CD.txt set CDROM=J:

Change it to:

CMDOW @ /HID

@ECHO OFF

FOR %%i IN (D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z) DO IF EXIST %%i:\CD.txt SET CDROM=%%i:

You change the resolution the following way:

REG ADD %KEY%\001 /VE /D "Changing Resolution..." /f
REG ADD %KEY%\001 /V 1 /D "%CDROM%\$OEM$\$$\system32\1365VidChng.exe 1280x1024x8@60 -q" /f

Why don't you use the "WINNT.SIF" file?

Xresolution=1280
YResolution=1024
Vrefresh=60
AutoConfirm=1

What does this line in your "cmdlines.txt" file mean?

"ROE.exe 937"
