is ther an Addon for IE8

I've listened to all of the topics in this section, and cannot find a way of having an addon for IE8. I downloaded IE installer x86 enu.exe fro Microsoft. I received an error message attempting to include theis into nlite.

Is there a prebuilt addon, and if so where to I place it?
