after hfslip beta s has been runned, this is my svcpack.inf:

HFSLIP.CMD

DNF20SP2hu.exe

Silverlight3.exe

SPTD162.exe

HFSLIP.CMD

As you see, HFSLIP.CMD runned 2x

Is this normal?

yes, it's normal.if you wish you can delete second one.
