Create a Multiboot External HDD?

Good Morning Guys,

i´ve tried to create Multiboot HDD, but it fails

So to my job:

I´ve to install many OS on diferent PC´s, so i´ve an external HDD where all the OS on. But i want to create a Menue etc to install all system by plugin the HDD and choose the suteable os. How does it works? Can you help me there?
