I have a slipstreamed XP SP3 is there anyway of integrating this with Windows 7 upgrade (preordered)

Probably - NO.

Since a user cannot upgrade from XP to Win7, only from Vista to Win7 - then the possibility of slipstreaming the Win7 upgrade into XP is zero.
