Now I'm Creating Unattended 7 Setup. I Want to Integrate the Tamil Language Pack Alone and want to Remove all other Languages except Tamil and English

Is there any way to do this job?

First of all, i want to create my custom language Tamil (because tamil language pack is not available...)
