No Windows Setup Screens

A couple months ago a co-worker created a Windows XP Pro CD with SP3 slip streamed into it. We have been using it without issue for the entire time up until recently. For whatever reason on a particular model of laptop, Toshiba Tecra A9, now when we boot off the CD we do not get any of the Windows XP setup screens displayed. The actual setup is running you just cannot see any of it. It will finally error out after it cannot find the hard disk because the Sata controller drivers were never loaded.

I can take a XP SP2 CD that is our master copy and use it without issue on the same laptop. We have used the slip streamed CD on the model of laptop alot in the past, it just stopped working within the last month.

So I went ahead and created a new CD using Nlite and integrated SP3 into, as well as the lastest Intel Sata drivers, and all XP updates since SP3.

However I am having the same issue with this particular laptop model. Works fine on other Toshiba Tecra laptops.

Just not sure if anyone had heard of this happening before?

Problem is that when you installed it, you agreed that nLite is for personal use only.

I will go ahead and get rid of NLite. Sorry for any issues my using it may have caused

Thanks for your help.
