Explorer not starting

I just installed XPize 5 (SP3) for the first time. The log in screen was updated and I logged in just fine. Once it loaded up, however, I am left with nothing but a new background: no task bar, no desktop icons, nothing. I can't access anything: I tried pressing Windows key + E to open up Explorer, Control-Alt-Delete to open up Processes / Programs, right click on the desktop for options, nothing. The only way I was able to access this browser was to turn text from the "Run Once" text file that automatically came up into a hyperlink.

In other words: HELP!

Update: I was able to access Explorer through the text file, as well, so I can get to my files. What should be my next step?

Explorer should start after you close the run-once RTF document. See if the issue reproduces after restarting your computer.
