OK here is the situation:

A friend has his macbook pro with a 100 gig drive in it. We ordered a 320 one for more space. (yes I checked all this out and ordered the proper drive and from what I can tell it will handle that upgrade fine. Plus I just got in a set or torx drivers just for this job. (2 bucks on ebay :P )

Now for the issue he doesn't want to start over form sctrach appwise and settings wise he just wants the extra drive space. So I need to ghost it and transfer the image.

WHAT app can do this for me? Prefferebly cheaper or free.

SuperDuper! works great for me! You'll have to place the new drive in an enclosure first, hook it up, run SuperDuper!, choose the drive to clone, choose the drive to clone to (the new one), and let it run. :) It's as simple as that.
