bookie32 Posted July 17, 2009 Share Posted July 17, 2009 Hi guys I have a Pentax Optio WPI which worked fine on XP, but not on Vista. I have gone the usual route and checked Control Panel and Autoplay. The device list doesn't show anything for this camera?I have checked at Pentax...no help there either!I can go to My Computer and open the camera to get the pics from the camera...just would like the option of doing it from the autoplay menu.Is there anyone who has had success with this type of problem?Thanks as always!bookie32 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

An Acdsee for Pentax cd was part of the package when we bought the camera and I installed that without a hitch. Now Acdsee sees the camera and helps me through the transfer of photos to the hard drive.I don't really want to say this is solved...not the solution I was looking for...just thought I'd update you on this.Thanks!bookie32 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
