Honestly, I 'rarely' use Adobe Acrobat.

A user asked something that I didn't have an answer for and couldn't find quickly.

The user, I guess, forgot their "password" for their signature file. What's the best way to resolve this? The sig file was self-created supposedly, not handed out by any Authority.
