m171271, please attach (not paste) your Last Session.ini file and please make sure to always start with a fresh copy of your CD files/folders, to do all of your work in one nLite session (using the latest version), and to integrate only one service pack.

Secondly, there is no excuse for making that many coasters - always test your nLite'd image in a virtual machine before burning it to CD/DVD.

Just out of curiosity... Are you using your nLite'd copies of XP in a corporate environment?

You don't mention which OS you're slipstreaming SP3 into (original SP; Home, Pro, MCE), but you state in your profile that you use MCE. Microsoft does not support slipstreaming SP3 into MCE.

Tips: Use virtual machines to test your ISOs before burning. Burn to rewritable discs to recycle coasters.
