xImran
I left it as the default name "VistaLite" and even tried to put just "Vista" only but still same error asking me to rename the [bOOT] folder as above.
Guest
Is your source folder D:\Vista\[bOOT]?
xImran
no actually its d:\Vista.I did managed to solve this error somehow. What I did is delete everything in my source folder and copied the vista source files again and then tried to redo the whole process in vlite and it succeeded still not sure though where the problem was. Thanks everyone for your support. teregosa
I am trying to create the ISO but keep getting the following error."Unsupported ISO Name. Please rename this folder to be without the leading '[' char: D:\Vista\[bOOT]"xImranI was having the same problem. I opened the folder where i was keeping the vista files (in your case "D:\Vista\") and i found a folder named "[bOOT]" that contained the file "Bootable_NoEmulation.img". I deleted the folder and after that vLite went on to create the ISO no problem. I haven't tried installing from the ISO yet, so I can't say that the process was successful. But the ISO itself was created with no further complications.
