bradgenung Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 A friend has XP Pro with SP3 on it and out of nowhere his Roxio 8 will no longer recognize the (2) CD devices. If you place an audio CD in the drive the Windows Media Player will auto start and play music so the drives do work just fine still, but Roxio says there are no devices installed. He has tried to trouble shoot it several ways, updating drives and whatnot, but has had no luck getting Roxio to once again see the drives are there.Any thoughts?
