internet connection issue (disable/enable)

my pc friend get connection with router but sometime I can't enter internet,to fix that make disable then enable to get to work.is there way to fix this?I try everything like to reinstall driver,WinsockXPFix.I install winxp again still get same issue,there other pc working with same router without problem.

Have you tried changing network cards?
