May 24, 200917 yr my grandparents bought a computer and they keep having problems and i keep having to go over to their house to fix the problems. Now they live 30 minutes away from me so its a pain going every time. Is there a way or is there some software i can install on my computer and theirs so i can take control of their computer using mine without them having to do anything at all?

May 24, 200917 yr LogMeIn Free (http://www.logmein.com/). It's easy to install, easy to use, and secure. You'll be able to access their computer from pretty much anywhere you have access to a browser.Edit: When I have to add a family member or friend's computer, I usually guide them through the process over the phone (giving them my password, etc.). Works fine.
