Looking for Web Access limiting software?

Hi,

I've got a client who wants to limit which websites his employees have access to. I've tried several programs but most require setting up new user accounts or do alot of stuff thats not needed. I'am looking for something simple that can be installed on an existing user account and can be activated or deactivated by a hotkey/password combo. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

OpenDNS does have some options to limit resolution requests but it requires an account with them. I think he is looking for something more like this: http://bandwidthcontroller.com/trafficShaperXp.html

Thanks for the info. I ran into a program called WatchDog at www.watchdogpc.com, not as easy to use as I wanted, but it will do the job.
