ShinReine
Hi! I'm new.Usually, in Normal mode, I go to command prompt and use cacls (I go for /d first, then /p) and attrib. After restarting, if that doesn't work, I go to Safe Mode with Networking and toggle permissions and security through there. I change ownership, retain the current permissions, but I still can't delete the file.Any help? Third party software (like Unlocker and stuff) are appreciated, but I would favor a more Windows-innate process to delete the seemingly undeleteable files.
