vLite & Windows 2008 - Missing OS selection menu.

I am using vLite to create an unattended install but any CD that vLite makes is unable to select the OS to install. Instead it defaults to Standard edition.

I can see the menu with the disc downloaded from Microsoft that I am using as the base image for vLite (example provided in attachment).

Everything installs fine but it installs 2008 Standard every time. I would like to have is work for at least Enterprise as well.

And yes, I am selecting the option to "rebuild all"....
