Right now I am dual booting XP and Vista Ult. 64bit. I have used XP twice in two years and want to get rid of it. Is there a way that I can keep Vista and install W7 in place of XP and not lose my Vista 64?

just install Win7 on Xp's Partition and everything will be ok :-)

Win 7 loader can see Vista and you'll have no probs :-)

Absolutely as states above. Just install over XP partition. Win 7 setup should take care of it.

If anything happens, you can always add back Vista boot option with bcdedit.
