Extraction Issues

Hey guys I dunno about you but I'm seriously ticked off with files that are made using Borland Delphi stuff. Take Skype for example it extracts the msi file to your temp folder when its run but I'm wondering if there is another way to extract the files without having to run them like this?

that will produce a non compiled installer.
