b-man, I don't see WMP11 in your hot fix section. How did you slip WMP11? You need to remove the Tweak "Explorer-Launch folder windows in a separate process." This exposes a Windows bug, but I think it has nothing to do with your problems. Assuming you have followed the rules I post regularly, I suspect your problem lies in the services you have disabled or components you have removed. This is a fairly worthless statement, I know. So, try putting all back to normal and see if you get a running system. I also see you have done a 'remove files' on several things I know nothing about. Put that back to normal.

I see you have included no hot fixes and no SP3 in your Last Session. Are you sure you ran nLite only once? Enjoy, John.

i slipped wmp in with wmp11 intergrator can it be done with nlite??

i have a running system with the source i used for that attempt

i ran nlite to add sp3 and ie7 along with wmp11 and it all worked so i use that as my source or do i have to do all of that aswell in 1 even if the source works? i didnt have a problem with the other 1 i done piece by piece like 10 times

i havent installed any hotfixes yet wanted to test other stuff first

edit

i removed from remove files

mstsc.exe

dialer.exe

htrn_jis.dll

compatmode.htm

and it seems to work

so now how do i remove those programs from appearing in the start menu directories

Program Compatibility Wizard - compatmode.htm

HyperTerminal - htrn_jis.dll

Remote Desktop Connection - mstsc.exe

startmenu\accessories\

startmenu\accessories\communication

b-man, you should never run nLite more than once on the same source. Here is my standard statement:

Please attach (not paste) your Last Session.ini. Make sure to always start with a fresh copy of your CD files/folders, do all your work in one nLite session and integrate only one SP. Please report when you have a solution, so others can benefit.
If you place the WMP11 installer and its updates in the Hot Fix area nLite will call WMP11 Slip. I don't know what you are asking at the bottom. After you start making only one nLite run with a fresh source, please let us know if you still have problems. Enjoy, John.
