Unattended XP / AVG Error

I've tried several attempts at creating an unattended XP SP3 install disc.. But I keep getting errors when I try to install AVG. It says something about avgwdsvc.exe failed to launch.

I've added files in the $OEM$ folder and done RunOnceEX.cmd script.. All installs fine expect for AVG with that annoying error that I receive.

No matter what I try, all comes up with the same error..

Any help anyone?

Have you tried to silently install AVG in a live windows sp3? If so it does install without error?

Probably you need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 prior to AVG.
