  1. I've tried several attempts at creating an unattended XP SP3 install disc.. But I keep getting errors when I try to install AVG. It says something about avgwdsvc.exe failed to launch. I've added files in the $OEM$ folder and done RunOnceEX.cmd script.. All installs fine expect for AVG with that annoying error that I receive. No matter what I try, all comes up with the same error.. Any help anyone?
  2. Check this out... This worked for me.. Copy/Paste the following in notepad and save it as a .reg file... import it in your registry and bam! Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell] @="xplorer2" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\xplorer2] [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\xplorer2\command] @="C:\\Program Files\\zabkat\\xplorer2\\xplorer2_UC.exe \"%1\"" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell] @="xplorer2" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\xplorer2] [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\xplorer2\command] @="C:\\Program Files\\zabkat\\xplorer2\\xplorer2_UC.exe \"%1\"" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell] @="xplorer2" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\xplorer2] [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\xplorer2\command] @="C:\\Program Files\\zabkat\\xplorer2\\xplorer2_UC.exe \"%1\""
  3. Is there a way to change it from opening Windows Explorer when you right click on something and choose Explore? I'm wanting it to open Xplorer² in the selected directory.. I've search around on here and I'm not really finding anything.. Searched google as well... Anyone know or can point me in the right direction? Thanks...

    XP Setup Froze...

Yeah, that's what I did... I used .ini file, not .inf.. I typed it wrong on the first post (now corrected).. I ended up just doing a batch command script instead. Installed everything just fine.. I would still like to know why it didn't work for me though....

    XP Setup Froze...

Ok so I've been messing with nLite for a few days now.. Starting to figure all this stuff out, or so I thought.. Kinda think that I'm getting the hang of addons with nLite.. I've made several "addon" programs to install. I put the install file in a "svcpack" folder inside another folder and used an .ini file to set the install parameters and what not and then packed it with CabPack.. I believe that I did everything right to this point.. Made my semi-unattended XP SP3 disc... but now my setup "freezes" when it gets to the page where it says Registers components on the "Performing Final Tasks" page.... It seems like last night it restarted at one point on this page and then got to it again and froze. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
