Looking for a full guide of Network load balance in bridged network

I have a windows server 2003 with 2x Gigabit network port, how do I work out to make it bridged and load balance, which mean, I want 2x network ports fully utilize to handle my heavy data traffic with only one IP address.

I think what your wanting to do is channel bonding/ethernet bonding/NIC Teaming. From what I've gathered, this is a function of the NIC drivers. Do your NIC's support teaming?
