VLC 1.1.9

In theory, that version should work just fine. On top of that, I would like to add that you can get up to VLC 3.0.20 running with KernelEx (you just have to run the installer with app comp/fcwin2k), been using that version for a while without any issues.

I'm using Windows 2000 with BlackWingCat's Extended Kernel v3.1L and Aepophix ForgeNT v1.12 SP6 from here: Windows 2000 SP6 (VirtualBox).

Python 3.8.13 built by cmalex for XP (and repacked by zorba) maybe work well. I only start python.exe and IDLE. Still need further testing. Post here if someone also need it.

BTW, I don't know what Aepophix's SP6 had done. It seems that it changed the kernel version somewhere so I cannot install BlackWingCat's WLU for Extended Kernel anymore.
