add programs / gfx driver help

Hello, first of all:

I got a notebook (Asus g50vt-a1) and i wanted to include the dox driver (some nvidia driver jsut with better settings,removed stuff ,etc) but for this driver its needed to uninstall the driver which wasu sed before completly (safe mode + drive sweeper). So will windows automatically install a gfx driver and after that the dox driver? if yes this wouldnt work.

Also: how can i add programms like foobar/opera/itunes,.. ? Habent found anything
