folder sharing problem on windows Server 2003

hey

i m running a small network. i had fixed 2 hard disks on DELL GX270

120GB installed windows Server 2003 SP2( with 2 partitions)

320 GB ( one partition)

my network is with workgroup & static IP addresses . if i shared data from 120 GB hard disk it works in other network computers if i shared data from 320 GB hard disk. it just showing on network computers but its not opening its just saying u might not have permission

if any body know about this problem then tell me the solution of this problem

How did you set the Permissions up in the Shares?
