OK here is another method I am trying out:

I exported the boot.wim files from a 64 to a 32 wim file.

WHY?

In my all in one disk I made for windows 7 the problem I have is that the WRONG recovery files were installed when I installed 64bit versions. Thus causing errors when I tried to use them.

Theory? When windows loads with ALL 4 pe files in the boot.wim it will auto-choose the right one.

Please tell me If I am wrong and save me some time.

Well that failed miserably....

Finally knuckled down and figured out the first post....

BUT after choosing the option I want and it goes into setup I get an "Unmountable boot volume" error BSOD.

ANY ideas?
