April 2, 200917 yr My problem is the list of user after you install XP I've deleted some users with Nlite "users:" option but after I install XP I get back the last user that I've been removed. How I can delete the old users? Thanks P.S: I've tried to use the search option before posting but I can't find nothing
April 2, 200917 yr Welcome to the forums. Searching would have got you to the nLite forum section ;-)nLite is not meant to be run on a previously modified XP install disk, in fact, doing so, some things work, some don't, I think that's the cause of your problem. I've found "Unattended" section to be quite picky in that matter.Do you want to delete those users on the running XP you've got now or on a next install ?
April 2, 200917 yr thundergold, please attach (not paste) your Last Session.ini. Make sure to always start with a fresh copy of your CD files/folders, do all your work in one nLite session and integrate only one SP. Please report when you have a solution, so others can benefit. Enjoy, John.

I don't need them I need only the last that I added. I'd like to edit the setup to kick out the other users. So when I'd install the windows XP I would see only 1 user and not 3

April 2, 200917 yr thundergold, please remove the _U.ini files as soon as possible! These files contain your key and other private data! We only need the .ini files. John.EDIT: You can go to User Accounts under Control Panel and remove one of the accounts but I don't think you want to remove the Administrator account and you may not be able to remove it. I don't think you really want to remove it. When you build a new ISO, using nLite, use the options on the Users tab in the Unattended section to remove the account you don't want and you may even be able to remove the Administrator here. Please let us know what you decide to do and what you learn. Have fun, John. Edited April 2, 200917 yr by johnhc
April 3, 200917 yr Don`t run nLite more than 1 time against your source. If you add an user on first run, nLite won`t remove them on second run.
April 3, 200917 yr I thought so. nLite will remove/rename standard built-in accounts but not exotic accounts.
