Hi, you can use the following switch to install:

tightvnc-1.3.10-setup.exe /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART /SP-

TortoiseCVS-1.10.10.exe /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART /SP-

It is better to test on VM first if you are not familiar.

(U can use Universal Silent Switch Finder (USSF) or CMenu to find application switch like the one above. It is not that hard or mysterious about installer switch). Generally, the only problem is sometime after using /S switch, it launches the program. Only this kind of switch (/S) is sometime unfriendly.
