IcemanND Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 No need to double post, the triple post I'll mark up to an accidental double click.Since you are using nLite I'm leaving the one post here.if you get a blue screen stating windows\system32\config\system is missing or corrupt it either can't find part of the registry to load or can't find the hard disk. Have you been able to successfully boot this build at all?

I am on windows 2003 server 32bits sp2 which i am editing dvds.. should i do that in XP? first time i got an error was something like setupp.inf or something and after second reboot i got system32 config system error. Is that okay that i added all drivers?
johnhc Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Mehraban, I know nothing about driverpacks.net, but as long as don't include multiple text mode drivers you should be OK. You might try running nLite in SP2 XP Compatibility Mode. Please attach (not paste) your Last Session.IN. Make sure to always start with a fresh copy of your CD files/folders, do all your work in one nLite session and integrate only one SP. Please report when you have a solution, so others can benefit. Enjoy, John.
mooms Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 You can safely add all driver packs into your installation AFTER the nLiting, with the driverpacks base application found on their web site.
g-force Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Like "mooms" said, the "DriverBase" is the solution.Integrate all unpacked DriverPacks is "too much" for nLite, it´s too big.And of course, the ChipsetPack doesn`t contain any "txtsetup.oem",which is absolutly needed for this way of integration - so this way is useless.
