Hi,sometimes I'll be viewing a page and click on an item,firefox half loads the page then closes to show my desktop???:( can anyone suggest anything please


Almost all of the Firefox crashes I've seen over the years were due to a corrupted profile. Make a backup of it, and delete it, see what happens.

If it doesn't fix it, then you can restore it. If it fixes it, then restore your bookmarks and such.

Hi Thankyou...but,I'm such a dumbo!!!I needed to install an update of Java as the said pages required it....typical of me to expect the worst!! Sorry but thanks for answering:)
