nyxx Posted March 24, 2009 Author Posted March 24, 2009 accrding to those instructions, I assume you would need a memory dump, when i pressed right ctrl + ScrLk nothing happened and no memory.dump was created. I had set the dump for kernel.would a mini dump file help?
cluberti Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 You would only need to use the keyboard to dump the machine if it wasn't crashing. Since it is, simply set it to complete memory dump as per the instructions, reboot, and wait for it to crash again. When it does, you'll have the .dmp file we need of the crash.
