I created a CD of Windows PE 64-bit with Vista SP1 64-bit and with Windows AIK.

How do I set the Workgroup name in Windows PE to access the shared resources (with login) to a LAN without a domain?

You should not need to set a workgroup name. Just use the following:

NET USE Y: \\computername\share password /user:localuseroncomputername
