hatman
I want to use a Seagate FreeAgent Portable Drive with a year 2000 vintage Gateway Desktop. The operating system is Windows 98SE. Is this possible? If so, what drivers can I use, where do I find them, and how do I install them? This is a lot to ask, but I love this system and it has never given me any trouble. gkar
I've been looking at getting an USB external drive but some list no operating system compatibility and others say winxp/vista. Would it be best to buy a bare enclosure and a hdd and just use NUSB? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

AVG 7.5 finds nothing. But do report it to 48bitlba, though...
gkar
^ I ran the file past virustotal.com and only 3/40 engines called it a hit. I submitted the file to Avira. I'll contact 48bitlba.com about it.http://www.virustotal.com/analisis/cf5b9d9...9039af84a49279c Edited April 11, 2009 by gkar
