need help regarding WINNT.SIF

hi...i am n00b in all this...i need some help.....I want a cd to insert and have no user prompts at all...now my question is how to install windows xp in default drive with NTFS file format.......i mean to say....previously if there was a windows xp in C drive....i need to install a fresh copy of windows xp in C drive without user interface.....can i do tat.......plzz help me in this..my WINNT.SIF file looks like this
