Running S2003....have several scheduled tasks running....

For some reason, the Schedlgu.txt log-file is not being created in c:\windows....

Any ideas?

It does not appear there for Server 2003. Unfortunately you can't browse to it but you can launch it from the Run box via:

%SystemRoot\Tasks\SchedLgU.txt

Obviously if you view the Tasks folder you will only see your tasks. You can also view it by opening the Tasks folder and choose Advanced, and View Log. If you get an error at this point or it is blank then yes there may be an issue with it creating the logfile.

You can change the location of where the logfile is kept by modifying this:

Key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SchedulingAgent
Value: LogPath (REG_SZ)

So you can clearly see it if you put it in another folder.
