Vista system font? cant read anything!

Hey Guys,

recently installed vista and its been working ok for a few days now.

Just had a bluescreen and now vista looks like this? Is the system font corrupt?

I have tried to reset styles and themes, shall i just do a system repair?

Any help would be great.

If i also look in the fonts folder it appears empty!!

If i browse to it using a \\computername\c$ all the files appear. do you think this is a permission error?
