Reboot of Vista before first Login

After executing the instructions contained in SetupComplete.cmd file, I have to enter a command that reboots the computer completely before a user can make his first Login after the installation of Vista Ultimate SP1 64-bit Retail.

So, what is the command able to run it in properly?

have you added shutdown /r /t 0 to the end of the batch script?
